Customer Guarantee
Springbak® offers a money back guarantee for the full price of the Springbak® Springsole for any reason, for a period of 30 days from the original shipment. Shipping charges and return are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any credit card returns will be credited back to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Return Policy
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please indicate the reason for the return.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid your order by credit card, a credit will appear on your statement.
